What happened?
“There is something wrong with the fitting for some of our customers!"
“We received a few emails informing us of a fitting issue with our Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra case. While it doesn’t affect everyone, some customers have encountered this issue.
So we are here to collect your shipping info to send you a revised replacement plus a free magsafe ring stand.
Why it happened? And How we solve it?
The issue might be caused by the finishing process of the surface layer. We were delayed in launching because we chose to use a Qi2 magnetic array, ensuring compliance with the Qi2 standard and delivering 15W wireless charging—something most so-called MagSafe cases do not achieve.We barely made it in time, as our supplier in China was about to close for the Spring Festival break until February 10, 2025.
Karl personally took a round trip from Texas to China in just five days, holding two meetings with the supplier as soon as they reopened the factory. Now, Karl is back home, and a solution that will prevent any potetial issue related to this has been implemented! We have officially resolved the potential fitting issues—huge thanks to Karl!
We just discarded our entire current inventory (218 pieces) to ensure we eliminate any potential issues. Yes, we had to do this in case the problem wasn’t random but a widespread issue.Our new inventory is on the way!


When will we ship the replacement?
The revised version is expected to arrive around February 20, 2025, and we will ship a replacement to you as soon as possible!As a gesture of appreciation, we will also include a free magnetic ring stand in the package to make it up to you.
